When we Press shift key 5 times a sticky key dialog box shows up.This works even at the logon screen. But If we replace the sethc file <\/b>w<\/span>hich <\/span>is responsible for the sticky key dialog box ,with cmd<\/b>. (command prompt ), and then press shift key 5 times at logon screen .we will get a command prompt with administrator privileges because no user has logged on. From there we can hack the administrator <\/span>password<\/span><\/font><\/a> or create a new user with admin privileges<\/p>\n

1.<\/b> Bootable Linux distro .In this tutorial i will be using backtrack If you don’t know<\/span>

Procedure to Hack windows Administrator passwords Using Stick keys<\/span><\/span>
\u00a0<\/p>\n

1.<\/b> First plug in your Bootable <\/span>Linux distro <\/span>CD or USB then restart your computer and <\/span>
go to boot menu by <\/span>pressing ( f12 or del key )<\/b> now select your booting device as CD\/USB accordingly

<\/span>
2.<\/b> After booting with your <\/span>Linux distro open a new <\/span>terminal mount the hard disk and navigate to c:\/windows\/system32<\/span><\/font><\/a> <\/b>and copy cmd (command prompt) <\/b>and rename it as sethc<\/b><\/span>

<\/b><\/span>
3. <\/b>Now copy \/past the new sethc<\/b> to c:\/windows\/system32<\/b>,when asks for overwriting the file click yes.<\/p>\n

4. <\/b>Now reboot and remove your usb\/cd . Now when your in the logon screen press shift key 5 times <\/span>I<\/span>nstead of Sticky Key confirmation dialog box ,command prompt with full administrator privileges will open.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

5.<\/b> Now you can change the password of the <\/span><\/span>administrator<\/span> account or add a new user using the following <\/span><\/span>commands<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Example :<\/b><\/span>
“Net user <\/span>administrator<\/span><\/font><\/a> 123 ” where 123 is the password <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>or you can add a new user <\/span><\/span>
“Net user hackaholic \/add ” <\/b><\/span> where hackaholic is the name of the user <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

6. <\/b>You can also hide the newly created account by going to registry editor by click run<\/b> and entering regedit<\/b> <\/span><\/span>

Now <\/b>navigate to<\/b> <\/span><\/span>[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\ WindowsNT\\CurrentVersion\\Winlogon\\SpecialAccounts\\UserList] <\/b><\/span>Here create a new DWORD value, write its name as the \u201cuser name\u201d that you created for your account <\/b><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n
