Wijzigen wachtwoord van HP Insight Manager
copy CPQHMMD.ACL waarvan het wachtwoord bekent is, naar de directory waarin de .acl file al staat met het wachtwoord wat niet te achterhalen is.
restart HP Insight Foundation Agent
Login met nieuwe wachtwoord.

Solution:
OK…here is the answer….and it applies to all versions of Insight Agents above 4.50. BTW…NO HELP FROM COMPAQ!!!! More on that later…
First, if you are using SP4 or above, the SNMP settings are different. The problem is that Insight Agents STILL have not been written to catch these changes. The default security setting in SNMP properties is “READ/CREATE”…it has to be set to “READ/WRITE”.
Also, and this is the really big one, you must add the loopback address (127.0.0.1) in the “Accept SNMP Packets From These Hosts:” window (IF you are using this feature).
