Catch-all email address in iRedMail

To configure a catch-all email address in iRedMail, you must insert a database record into your backend (MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL). By default, iRedMail rejects mail sent to non-existent accounts.

Log in to your database server:bash
mysql -u root -p

Switch to the vmail database:sql
USE vmail;

MariaDB [vmail]> INSERT INTO forwardings (address, forwarding, domain, dest_domain, is_forwarding, active) VALUES (‘‘, ‘‘, ‘‘, ‘‘, 1, 1);

Query OK, 1 row affected (0.005 sec)

MariaDB [vmail]> SELECT * FROM forwardings WHERE address=’‘;

That’s it.
